How do I turn off email notifications that say when the watch battery is low?

@avakograves in the Today screen of the Fitbit mobile app, tap on your avatar in the upper left. Scroll down and select Notifications. Then scroll down to Email Notifications and you can select which emails you want (and don't want) to receive.
