I can't get the Google maps feature on my Versa 4

In order to get the Google Maps on the device, please make sure of the following:

• Your phone must be connected to your Fitbit device. For more information, see Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
• Check if your Fitbit device has a pending update. For more information, see How do I update my Fitbit device?
• Check if the Fitbit app on your phone has a pending update. For more information, see How do I use the Fitbit app?
• Check if the Google Maps app on your Fitbit device has a pending update. For more information, see How do I install and manage apps on my Fitbit device?
• If auto-start is turned off, navigation doesn't automatically open on your Fitbit device. To see a trip you've started on your phone, open the Google Maps app on your device. You must then tap view.
