I received a Versa 4 for Christmas to replace my Versa 2. It has been glitchy. Three times now, I've lost several thousand steps after syncing that never show up. Customer service has blamed this on software updates before. Today I was instructed on how to disable Mobile Track and I was told this would fix everything
I think I may have a faulty device, but Fitbit 'Customer Service' (or lack of customer service) will not admit that this is a possibility.
On Monday, February 6th I walked/moved approximately 21000 to 22000 steps. I noticed two days later that my step count for the week was low when I checked on my workweek hustle groups. It turns out I only received credit for 387 steps on the 6th.
When I go into 'Steps' for that day, I can clearly see that there were several 15-minute intervals when I recorded between 800 and 1600 steps. Looking at 'Activities' on my desktop dashboard, there are several walks for that day recorded at over 1000 steps. Yet I am only credited with 387 steps for the day and there's seemingly no way for me or customer service to change that.
Is anyone else experiencing a similar issue with a Versa 4? Is it time to give up on Fitbit?

Hi @smartydavefb - there were system outages starting Feb 6th, this could have caused a problem for a few days.
See if the problems reoccur now that the issue is resolved and MobileTrack has been removed.
