Inaccurate/missing data

I've had my Versa 4 almost a year now and it has never worked properly. I have to force close the app and resync every time I want to see the weather. I try to log the start of my period and, although it appears to work on the watch, the data does not sync with the app. When I am away from home, the watch buzzes over and over every few minutes to tell me the gps is connected. And, perhaps worst of all, the fitness tracking is wildly inaccurate. When I go for bike rides, it will often log only part of the ride. Or, if I do more than one ride in the day, only one will log in the app. I really regret wasting money on this thing... especially since I'm still paying it off. Really disappointing.
