My experience getting a Versa 4 refund

Ive had the worst experience in getting my refund with Fitbit. Gives me anxiety. I wanna puke.

Hi @Dennnnn  getting a refund depends on where and when you purchased your device. Each retailer has their own time frame in which to return for a refund or exchange. If you're dealing with Fitbit, more than likely, they sent you a shipping label (which is also your RMA - returned merchandise authorization) and it takes time for it to reach the warehouse to verify the required items were all returned. You didn't say much in your post and we're the community forums, not customer support.

So, what exactly is going on - from the beginning - so we know how to direct your concerns.

All that you have mentioned above, Ive already provided Fitbit and your 3rd party. Oh my apologies for wanting to everyone know how crappy your refund system is. But thank you for replying. Ive had enough with your customer support.

@Dennnnn  I'm not an employee of Fitbit or Google, but just a member of the community who helps those posting on the forums. Sorry you're having problems, but customer support is the only way for you to go if there is an issue.
