Hi,
My calories burned so far today are 2300 (as per my watch itself and the main dashboard)
However, the food chart which shows calories burned is saying I have burned 2400 calories
In the past they have always been the same number.
I appreciate they are close but earlier today it was miles away. I thought it would right itself. I tried restarting the app and my phone but the issue remained.
How do I fix this please?
Many thanks

I am having the same issue. My app actually shows calories burned 3 days in advanced. Current day app shows calories burned a lot more than Versa 4 records. This has been an issue for a few weeks. I have restarted the app numerous times. Versa 4 updated with latest firmware and app is up to date. Hpe someone has an answer.

Hi everyone
I am having the same calorie issue and yesterday I have now got a step issue!
Fitbit- what are you doing about this? Why didn't the firmware update fix the problem?
If this doesn't get updated and fixed within the next two weeks, I will seek a refund of my watch and move to a competitor.
Please advise....... enough already!

So, I too have noticed calories burned inconsistencies. I have not really ever paid close attention to the end of day totals, until I started a diet on August 11th using an diet app I happened to come across when I needed to loose weight for heart health issues. The app I'm using is called MyNetDiary. It allowed me to sync my fitbit and was successfully retrieving data until Sep 1st. Coincidentally, it seemed to occur when my Samsung phone had a factory update the day before. Initially, I contacted my diet app. They checked their end and said they saw no issues as when they verified my fitbit connection it was verified by transfered data. Then I thought to check if maybe the fitbit app maybe have an update. When I checked the app, there was in fact an update. After I updated fitbit, I gave it a day and it us still listing my daily calories burned the same number give or take a calorie regardless of my daily steps or exercise.
Has anyone come up with a solution yet?
