Versa 4 showing less steps

My Versa 4 device showing fewer steps than the app. At the moment the device is showing 182 fewer steps than the app. I have reset the watch and the app and is still not calculating the same.  Getting frustrated 😠

Thank you for providing the inquiry regarding your Versa 4. 

Please confirm if you are using Mobile track. It is a service that allows you to count steps using your phone even if you forget to wear your Fitbit. You can "unpair" Mobile Track from your account.  On your Fitbit app go to the upper left corner, on the phone and device icon. Click on your phone icon and on the 3 dots and choose "unpair".

Can you please explain why this matters? When the app has been synced, the Fitbit device and the app should show the same number of steps whether or not you have mobile tracking on. That’s the way it used to be until the latest update. Since the last update, there are tons of glitches that make the Fitbit virtually useless for anything other than telling time.
