Inconsistent time zones on Versa 4

I'm traveling in a different time zone and have encountered issues updating the time zone on my Versa 4. My Android phone correctly reflects GMT-10 but the Versa shows GMT-8 (my usual time zone). I've disabled automatic location and time zone on the Fitbit app's account settings, updated the time zone to GMT-10, and sync'd/restarted the Versa multiple times but have seen no changes on the Versa.

Hi @BrentBlueAllen - you are doing the right things, also try logout of the Fitbit App and restart the phone and watch again and sync.

When the watch time is very different from the phone time it has difficulty sometimes syncing the new time. Keep at it.

I still haven't gotten this to work but I'm more than halfway through the trip and just doing mental math.

@BrentBlueAllen- if you don' have an internet connection by any chance you can't change time.

I have wifi -- no cell data but I can't imagine that would make a difference.

Yes, I'm using the phone my Fitbit syncs to as my main device. It would be pretty tough for me to reply to you otherwise 🙃

@BrentBlueAllen - oh yes that's true! Try a restart of phone. For the watch try Shutdown from watch Settings. wait at least 10 seconds before placing on the charger to restart it and charge it and sync

I gave that a shot but it still didn't work. Thankfully I'm back home, but still a little disappointed that it never got back into sync over a ten day period with many attempts.
