Incorrect steps

I’ve had my new Fitbit Versa 4 for around a month. It was working fine but today it’s gone mad and counting so many extra steps. I’ve been working from home, hardly moved and am almost on 10,000 steps!! None of my settings have changed or updated so why is this happening?

Sad to hear that your Versa 4 currently isn't working as expected.
As a first attempt to get your device's step counting fixed, I'd suggest restarting it by holding it's button pressed for around 10 seconds until you'll see the Fitbit logo on it's display.

I'll keep my fingers crossed.
