I have been losing my Heart rate and weight data for months. I was hoping it was by beat up Versa 2 that was the problem, but the new Versa 4 is going the same thing. I have verified that my user name is the same in the APP as on the website. My APP is up to date. This morning all of my heart rate and weight data for the past 10 days has disappeared in the APP and also on the website. The data was in both places as of yesterday. This is not the 1st time this has happened. Last year I've lost all of my data from early November through late December in both the APP and the website. None of the other suggestions on this site worked (reset watch, reinstall app, etc), but here we are...it's still happening.

Hi @BrokenOne - this is very strange and worrying as the data is stored on the Fitbit servers, once synced.
Probably best to inform Fitbit using chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & Support, Contact Customer Support.
