Versa 4 skin temperature

Has anyone managed to get their skin temperature readings to work yet? I’ve had my Versa 4 since November and it hasn’t worked once. Tried various things and have just spoken to another advisor who got me to reset the watch and wait for another few days to see if the temperature issue resolves itself. I felt a bit like I was being fobbed off! Argh!

Hi @SunsetRunner - the skin temperature shows in Health Metrics but for some reason won't show in it's tile.
