Sometimes when i look at my watch it has the loading icon when I haven’t even done anything to make it charge back up. It’s like it shuts down on its own from time to time. It is up to date on updates. What can I do to prevent this?

Hi @Svitale - the new UI has bugs and some clock faces may not work properly, try changing to another clock face and see if the watch crashing and logo appearing goes away.
If not the watch is under warranty and can be replaced where you bought it.
