My steps after manually entering activity are disappearing overnight. Any one gotten manual tracking to save?

- How are you manually logging your steps? Are you following the steps provided here How do I add, edit, or delete Fitbit data and activities?
- At what time did you log your activity?
- Do you have any third party apps linked to your Fitbit account?
- Why are you manually logging activities?
- Is your Versa 4 syncing properly?

I am not using other apps. I am ma nually logging because aI run on a treadmill and the fitbit mileage is way off even if I select treadmill run. I run 10 miles it says 4, so I manually enter for accuracy. I manually enter activities at various times during the day. The syncing is working. This has been happening since around Xmas. I have been told by customer service that this is a known issue they are working on. So frustrating.
