Does anyone know if you can log your own mindfulness I asked, because sometimes if I want to do mindfulness on a different platform, I would like to be able to log it

Could you please elaborate what you meant with that sleep thing? I'm afraid I didn't get that.
Sorry I meant to see instead I changed it. But I do like meditation/bedtime stories, through like Spotify, and would like to be able to log it in my app. Then have it count towards my weekly meditation
