Does anyone know if you can log your own mindfulness I asked, because sometimes if I want to do mindfulness on a different platform, I would like to be able to log it

Thank I logged my mood. But I don’t see that it, counts towards a mindfulness activity.

Sorry I meant to see instead I changed it. But I do like meditation/bedtime stories, through like Spotify, and would like to be able to log it in my app. Then have it count towards my weekly meditation
