Hi.
this has been a problem for a while and I’m sick and tired of it.
I walk all my activity hours and fore some reason the app is not registering it. And sometimes it just takes away an already registered hour.
I have tried do update the app, deleted the app, restarted the watch. Whatever I have done it. Has anyone the same problem?

Hi @Miis - check in the device/account page of the Fitbit App you only have your Versa 4 connected to the App.
Make sure you are only using one phone and logout of the Fitbit App, swipe off the active window and in Android clear the storage cache and force stop it before restarting the phone and the watch.
