New Versa 4 won't set up

Hello my versa 4 was recently purchased off of offer up and it won’t setup/connect to Bluetooth during my set up I tried factory reset and hard reset it never even connected to Bluetooth so no need to delete from Bluetooth history and has just been frustrating as I am just trying to set it up. Please help

Hi @Churros0901  the Fitbit does use bluetooth, but it actually pairs with your email address/account. Read more on how to set up here - click to view
