Multiple sleep reports for one night

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

my sleep report for Friday for example, is broken into four separate entries. How do I get it to just report the whole night as one and not for pieces of the night? Did my watch think that I had woken up and that it was morning time? Perhaps my wake-up was too long and so that when I went back to sleep, it started an entire new recording?

Welcome to the Fitbit community, @HaroldG!

What you've described is indeed the result of your wake phases being rather long. To improve sleep tracking I'd suggest setting up a sleep goal and a sleep schedule. Here you can find how to do that:

How do I track my sleep with my Fitbit device?

I'd like to point out that you can always edit your sleep log if it's broken into multiple records. Please have a look at 'How do I edit or delete sleep logs in the Fitbit app?' following this link:

How do I add, edit, or delete Fitbit data and activities?
