Hello, Fitbit team
I have just upgraded from the Versa 3 to the Versa 4 with is great but the only thing I listen to music all the time and on the Versa 3 you could control your music from your phone but on the Versa 4 you can’t I’m a little confused considering it the next model up.

Hi @Jefferies2024 - the Versa 4 is definitely not an upgrade to the Versa 3, a common misconception.
The Versa 4 doesn't have additional apps, nor any music support, nor Google Assistant and you can't change clock faces from the watch or expand many of the tiles for more information, you need to do many things from the phone.
Some of the basic functions, like Agenda, are missing and it's not got as many clock faces to choose from, so it's more a cut down version of the Versa 3 in that respect.
If you are unhappy with the watch Fitbit have a 45 day refund policy if bought direct from them or from an authorised shop perhaps, and some stores offer a 14 to 30 day one.
