My Experience with Versa 4

I have been an avid Fitbit user for around 10 years. First it is extremely inaccurate on steps and flights of steps it tracks, I will start a workout and it resets itself mid session. I have MyFitnessPal for meals and my Fitbit refuses to sync. According to MFP it's already linked, but my steps refuse to show up. I have done all the things, nothing. Ugh. Now the screen chipped on the side and a crack is the entire way across my screen. Apparently there is no way you can fix or replace the screen? I am fed up, after owning Fitbits for several years I am so frustrated. This Fitbit is less than a year old...

For the cracked screen, it should still be under warranty, have you tried seeing if the original retailer would honor an exchange?

Also for the pairing with My Fitness Pal, have you tried unlinking everything and then linking them back up?
