My fitbit went black...will not charge or reset

Where you able to get your Versa 4 fitbit working? I'm having the same issue

Having the same issue. Just started a few hours ago. Watch keeps resetting on its own too, and steps aren't updating

Im having the same issue and when I called all they are wanting to do for me is give 35% off my next order
