I already tried to factory reset and change charging port my versa 4 but it didn't work it is now stuck at 17% and it is still not charging what is the solution here?

Let's start by trying some other easy fixes:
Please check your charging cable to ensure it does not look like the example. As you can see, one of the charging pins is stuck.

This is the condition of the charging contacts on the back. It was charging when the condition is like this but now it doesn't charge.

Hello @Kuyajaris_1102, thanks a lot for taking the time to share the screen show with me!
It looks like the charging contacts might be a little damaged or just dirty. There appears to be some dust on the golden pins.
Let's try cleaning it with a toothbrush and some water. Please do this gently and let the contacts dry completely before you put the device back on the charger.

The left side of the charging contacts has a hole. I tried cleaning with the toothbrush it didn't work
