My fitbit keeps rebooting and won’t charge or turn on it also wont sync

Sad to hear that your Versa 4 isn't working as expected. As a first approach to get things fixed, please keep your device's button pressed for around 10 seconds until you'll hopefully see the Fitbit logo on it's display.
If that won't work for you there's a chance that the button of your Versa 4 is permanently stuck. In this case I'd suggest contacting Fitbit support for further assistance:
