My Hear Rate Variability (HRV) has reported 0 MS each day since 12/1.

I have a Versa 4. The breathing rate variability appears to have stopped reporting as of 12/1. My breathing rate stopped reporting on 12/2. I can assure you I am alive and well. I have reset my Fitbit several times AND I have cleaned the sensors. Any ideas?
