I received my Versa 4 for Christmas and on the day after it stopped working and will not update. I have called customer service three times, and they told me to start the return process. But, I am seeing here that the firmware is not working properly and a lot of people are having a problem uploading the new software. Do you think this will be resolved soon or do I return the thing. Also, does anyone have any suggestions on what to buy if I have to return it that's close to this and will work?

Hi @missdenise40 - As there is a persistent fault with syncing in the V4 Fitbit App a refund is probably the best option. If you like good battery life look at the latest Garmin watches.

I was able to confirm you contacted support as you mentioned and they were able to provide you with a solution, if you have any other questions or concerns, my best recommendation would be to contact them.
I wish you could keep on using Fitbit, I recommend you to check this link to compare the Fitbit devices in order to know all the features our devices have.
