My Versa 4 has dark screen with gray lines

 literally was working fine, and i had it on nightstand, buzzed and went to remove notifications and then a gray and black lined screen and I can’t do anything! What do I do! Do i need to start a return idk what to do

Well I banged around my hand after awhile came back, but I shut down. I guess its very defective so Should i get another v4 or different version if this has issues. Help please

* talked to support they said restart it and stayed on with my screen fine but to contact them again if it happens again.
