I am having a screen issue with my Versa 4. If my phone is not connected to wifi, my Versa 4 screen is blank. The watch works fine otherwise. It vibrates when I receive notifications and it tracks my steps etc. But the screen remains blank. In the app, the watch is synced and my battery is fine. I tried factory resetting the watch, uninstalling and re-installing the app but nothing works. I am using a Fitbit clockface not a third party clock face. The watch works fine on wifi, the only issue is on mobile data.
