I got a new phone and am trying to complete setting up my life again. The app successfully logs in to Amazon but the final step tells me there's an error. I have already tried uninstalling Amazon shopping first, I have even forced reset the device, and deleted it from my phone and reinstalled.
Only the Alexa function will not work.
