My Versa Fitbit has multiple problems!!! Help

My Versa 4 has gone to hell!!! I have noticed more and more problems and have restarted the watch and also deleted and re-installed the app multiple times in the last few months. It watch quit displaying the weather. Then it quit displaying messages. Then I noticed the date was wrong but the time was correct. I worked on correcting this last night. For about an hour or so the date and time were correct. I got up in the middle of the night and the time was wrong, but the date was correct and actually now the watch is not keeping time at all . That is the date and time are not changing, they are frozen. Does this have anything to do with Google? I am so tired of this I regret buying this Fitbit and will never recommend this product..I am mad because I didn't listen to my friends and get an Apple Watch. And to add insult to consumer injury. I am paying for FitBit PREMIUM. What a joke. Somehow , those automatic payments are never fouled up. I just want my money back. Anybody know how to go about that???
