Versa 4 cracked screen

I’ve no idea how my screen has broken.

I had versa 3 twice before and this has  never happened before.

this versa 4 is quite new , I’m disappointed that it has cracked.

how can this be fixed?

Hi @Shellpiercy  from what I've seen on the forums, this isn't something Fitbit can help you with, as there are no repairs for the devices. They often offer a discount towards a new device.

If you paid with a credit card, contact them and ask about any insurance on the Fitbit. It seems that often there is an insurance we're not aware of that could help replace damaged or lost items. Can't hurt to try it.
