My clock face disappeared

Today my Versa 4 stopped showing my clock face. Instead, there are redundant circles for steps and heart rate. I have no clock to tell time with.

I have shut watch down and restarted. No good. How do I get my clock back?

Hi @umbrellaman, I would try three things in this order:

  1. Change clock faces from the Fitbit App. On the app, tap the icon on the top left corner (the PhoneWatch and the Battery %); tap Versa 4; tap Gallery; then tap “Clocks” at the top of the screen. From there, choose a new clock face, allow it to install, and see if that works. If it worked, and you want to keep the old one, simply switch back.
  2. Hold one finger on the Fitbit screen for a second or two, and your current clock face will shrink; after it does, swipe left and/or right to view clock faces already installed. Tap one of those to see if it works. If it does, use the same method to switch back to your original.
  3. Reset the watch. (Not restart, reset.) Swipe down on the main screen, tap the Settings icon (top right), scroll down to and tap “About Versa 4”, then scroll down to “Factory Reset” and go from there.

Hope this helps!

Hi @umbrellaman - also try a pull down on the watch face to get to Quick Settings and make sure all icons are off and restart the watch again.
