After being a fitbit supporter since the beginning, i have decided to leave the fitbit family and go over to the Galaxy 5. While the original fitbits wete well made, the Versa series has been nothing but a failure. My fitbit versa died the very first time I got it wet for about 10 seconds. I replaced it with a versa 3 which died out of the blue. Luckily fitbit did replace it but that took alot of pleading. The replacement lasted a little over a year and that one died. I was going to get a versa 4 but when i learned that they eliminated 3rd party app support, that was the last straw and ordered a galaxy watch 5. Will i miss 5 day battery life, Yes! But what i wont miss is shoddy construction and holding my breath everytime there is a software update. I also wont miss the total lack of accountability from fitbt. It a good product when it worked, but it was time to move on.
