Versa 4 won't turn on

My versa four will not turn on any ideas

Sad to hear that your Versa 4 isn't working as expected. Please try charging your device using a different power source for at least one hour to see if it is completely discharged. If that doesn't work for your, I'd suggest to restart it by pressing the side button and keeping that pressed for at least 10 seconds while your Versa 4 is connected to the charging cable that itself is connect to a reliable power source. Also please check that the charging pins of the charging adapter are clean. Push each of the four pins gently in to see if their springs are OK.
