My experience with Versa 4 and Customer Service

Done with Fitbit.  I've been a Fitbit user for over 5 years.  I upgraded to a Versa 4 in January and it does not record my heartrate correctly during a vigorous workout.  Tried calling/emailing customer support with no solution.  After emailing back and forth, I asked that they send me a new Versa 4 but no reply.  On to an Apple watch.

I had 3 Ionic, 2 Versa 2, 2 Versa 3 and now a Versa 4 and this one is horror! No apps, battery consumption at night = 20%!. Fitbit Pay or Google Pay does not word properly..... etc, etc.... No solutions given by Fitbit Support. I tried several Chinese clones, but none of them is accurate and Apple Watch.... I am a Apple fanatic but with 18 hrs of battery capacity....

Hi @Butz18 - the Versa 4 is not renowned for accurate heart rate during exercise [see other posts in the forums] that is why they won't replace it with one that will work the same. The most accurate Fitbit have currently is the Versa 2.
