I had a problem with my fitbit watch that I bought a year ago: the screen keeps black and didn’t seem to charge anymore.
I’ve contacted customer service and followed all the recommendations to try fixing, cleaning and so on the watch. Since anything worked, I‘ve sent beginning of July my watch for reparation as asked by the customer service. Since then, I have no information on when I will get the fixed watch, I get blurred answers from the customer service and I don’t get the problem since my watch is still under guarantee and I’ve sent all the documents asked! Can anyone here from Fitbit community seeing my message figure out what’s going on why my watch?
