My experience with Versa 4 replacement and Customer Service

Fitbit have promised a replacement Versa 4 under warranty. I am now being bounced between Fitbit and Google both saying the other is responsible for providing the replacement. This has been going on since December 2023. Any suggestions to move this forward?

Even though I truly appreciate you took the time to come here and express your feelings towards your experience with your Versa 4 replacement and also want to find a resolution to your issue, my best advice is to keep the conversation with our Support Team. I've seen they are still helping you with this situation and have provided new details on this process.

Hi @MarreFitbit, can you please provide me a customer care number for INDIA. I recently purchased a Fitbit versa 4 and I am facing issues with it. Looking to get some help, kindly drop a number or email id or a store address (in Bangalore or Chennai) that I can visit and get help. Thanks.
