My fitbit versa 4 will not sync ive tried everything I've been with fitbit for years but I cant believe how crap there watches are mine isn't even a year old and all it does is play up £200 well spent 🙄😤

Hi @Amyjane17 - unless the watch has a fault, more often than not it is the phone or Fitbit App that is playing up, of course that doesn't help with the syncing issue.
You say you have tried everything, including removing the Bluetooth entries from the phone, restarting both watch and phone, and if necessary redoing the watch setup and using replace? That might help.
If the watch has become faulty it can be replaced under warranty by contacting support.

I have tried all the above my friend also having the same issue so its not my phone ive also tried to contact support but cant seem to get hold off anyone and the the chat isn't working aswell
