Anyone else not see the changes Fitbit made are about trying to sell their packages? I used to have weekly competitions with my sisters back home that they eliminated because they want me to pay for a premium package. I just got a brand new Fitbit Versa 4 and chose it over an Apple Watch because I loved the fact I could compete with fellow Fitbit users. This will be my last Fitbit watch since they eliminated this feature. I have worn and bought the product for well over 10 years. When this one dies they’ve lost a loyal customer.

Welcome to the Fitbit community, @Mullman40!
Fitbit isn't trying to force you to pay for Fitbit Premium to get back open groups challenges as they have removed those in general. But you can easily set up closed groups and continue having fun competing against each other. To do so, please have a look here:

Hi @Mullman40 - did you know if you are unhappy with the watch Fitbit have a 45 day refund policy or possibly authorised dealers too, some stores provide 14 to 30 day refunds.
