My experience with Versa 4

My workplace was offering staff the option to purchase and be reimbursed for health related items up to a certain dollar amount. I decided to upgrade my smartwatch from the Versa 2, which I really liked, to a Versa 4.

After wearing the watch for a little less than a month, I think that I am going to go back to the Versa 2. This new version is a disappointment.

The straps are barely connected to the watch. This watches strongest notification vibration can barely be felt. There are little to no 3rd party apps available for this model. No music player options. This watch can't tell what type of exercise I am doing without me having to manually chose that option. The Versa 2 could tell the difference between walking and bike riding as soon as I started. So far, even though I  snore, I have yet to even see anything in snore detection. I could go on.

My previous Versa is a great watch, so I thought an upgraded model would be even better. Nope. Fitbit manufacturers,  programmers and developers, please prove me wrong and fix the issues that so many us are dealing with.

Hi @wlrob2023  - as you say the Versa 2 is a great watch with good HR measurements and has features not found on the Versa 4.

The Versa 3 is closer to the Versa 2 but not all clock faces and apps are available on it and the HR and vibration isn't as good as the Versa 2.

But if you are unhappy with the watch Fitbit have a 45 day refund policy or possibly authorised dealers too, some stores provide 14 to 30 day refunds.

If you are not limited to Fitbit, the likes of a Garmin Venu 2 Plus has a lot to offer.
