I’ve already had to replace the Versa 4 once and only had for 9 months. It is unreliable. Heart rate will not pick up consistently, especially when doing high intensity cardio. Mileage recorded is different between walk and run, even though it’s the same track. I will not purchase another Fitbit even though I’ve been a user since 2015.

Hi @spenla - it is true that the new technology HR sensor can be unreliable in some cases during repetitive movements and have difficulty registering the correct value but should work better at rest, for example sleep measurement.
For the difference between walk and run distances it can depend on the settings for those exercises, how they are started and whether GPS is used and maintained for the duration or not.
