I'm beyond disappointed in the Versa 4. I received it as a Christmas gift because I asked for it.
1. It's supposed to have its own GPS. I wanted a fitness watch that would work without having to be near my phone. I particularly wanted the GPS capability as I don't turn on my location services on my phone unless I absolutely need them. The GPS is worthless without a phone connection. And even with the phone connection it's only often incorrect. But OK -- I can at least use it to track my exercise but....
2. It doesn't always track my zone minutes in my exercise particularly if I move away from my phone. I participate in a sport that involves moving up and down the playing surface and sometimes the Versa works to track zone minutes but other times not so much. But it does reasonably well when it's near my phone so works in the gym and on my walks. So I can use it for that.....but...........
3. Now it's stuck on the logo -- AGAIN! It took me multiple tries and hours to get it to work at the end of December when I first received it. It's been working fairly well (except for the problems noted above) but then last night I took it off for a while and now it's stuck on the logo again and won't reset after multiple tries. I've tried unpairing it and the app won't even ask to repair it. I don't have the patience to try and research all the steps and take hours to get it to reset again. So frustrating!
I realized that the Versa wasn't top of the line but I expected better! Right now it's worthless just sitting at the logo! Maybe I'll have more time tomorrow but right now it's worthless!!!!

I’m having the same issue. And for some reason, my iPhone is not letting me “forget” this device. It connects but I don’t have the i next to it to forget it. Strangest thing I seen my IPhone do so far. It’s ridiculous.

Hi @CurlerGirl77 - it's possible your watch has a fault, have you contacted support, under warranty you could get it replaced with a refurbished one which might be more reliable.

Hi @JackfroeWay - did you try restarting the phone which might be a source of the logo permanently displaying problem. Also restart the watch but it may have a fault.
If you contact support they can help you factory reset to see if the problem is permanent and if the watch needs replacing free under warranty if still active.
