My experience with the Versa 4

now that Fitbit has been taken over by google.

they finally replaced my versa 4 with a refurbished piece  ! no more purchases for me.

 I’ve always had Fitbit watches never had a problem getting repairs or replacements until google took over.

worst company ever now ,what google you're not making enough money ?

Hi @dambroa56  Fitbit sends a refurbished device when they don't have the same one to give you that was returned. click for warranty information

thanks for your reply, if that's the case then give customers some options, like credit to choose another device. not right to get a refurbished scratched model . which btw if it's refurbished it had an issue to begin with !

From what Fitbit Moderators have said on these forums, the refurbished is usually a return where a person bought the wrong item, wrong color or size and not due to it being defective. The team checks them over before putting them in the warehouse to be sent to customers.
