After the last Versa 4 update I noticed it wasn’t working properly. If you noticed something different with yours, sync first with the app, press and hold the button for 30 seconds or so so it resets to factory settings. After it does that you will have to let it update again and set it up again to sync with your phone and find your preferred clock etc, but afterwards mine works like it did before,

Hi @gvinnola what you described is a restart and many of us do it each time we charge the device. click to learn about restarting. Factory reset is a bit different.

After the latest update , I get random logo flashes and big x and reset. I also lost side button function. Did a full power off. ( now what - how do I wake it if button doesn’t work….did the power 3x and it came back on. Screen control also changed. So - anyone else have any other suggestions - full factory reset seems a little extreme.

Full factory does not work, after a while the red X and side button functionality are gone again
