My versa 4 button is not working and now nothing is showing on display still when it is connected with the charger. I want to get it serviced. I am staying in India.

Hi @Rehaltash - if it got wet it may have died but it could simply be not charging. Faulty charge cables are not uncommon, so check it carefully to make sure all 4 pins are the same height and if they are try another charge point.
PCs will alert you to the type of connection, one connection is ok, keeps reconnecting there is a problem.

I have checked the charger by charging another versa 4, it is working fine. Problem with my versa 4. Kindly suggest the service centre for repair please.

@Rehaltash - the watch would seem to be faulty, if you have tried holding the button for 10 seconds after leaving on charge for 30 minutes and that doesn't work.
Make sure it does not get hot while charging as that confirms the fault, probably from getting moisture inside.
These watches can't be repaired as it would be more costly, unreliable and unguaranteed if it could.
You can still try contacting Fitbit support if you got it from them or an authorised dealer in case they offer you a discount on a new one or offer to replace it under warranty.
