Support was useless. Can someone help me with how to do this? On my old versa, the screen would light up when a notification came through, before I flipped my wrist. Now it only lights up, when I flip my wrist.
2nd issue, how do i get it to show the text message immediately? When I flip my wrist, it tells me I have a new text, but doesn't show the body of the text for about 8 seconds
