New Versa 4 not syncing

I have been a long time Fitbit user for several years. I got a new Fitbit (Versa 4) this weekend as a present. I got it all set up okay. But I’ve been trying to sync it today and it goes about halfway then stops. I’m not sure what’s going on. I have good wifi connection and Bluetooth is enabled. Any ideas of what is going on would be appreciated.

Exact thing happened to me.  Have to go through support.  Slightly frustrating.  Here 2 weeks later and they send me a watch back in 3 different boxes.  Seems to work but wasn't thrilled.  Almost seems like I got a refurbished one back even though I paid for a new.  Anyways Good Luck!

Mine would lose connection randomly and lock up as well.  It originally started by not completing the set up, was stuck setting up for 3 hours.
