I am looking at buying the Versa 4 and replacing my Versa 2. I am happy with the products so that is not the issue.
I don't own a phone (yet) I do however have a tablet that my watch will sync to when I get home. Checking the Android version it does say 11, and I am reading it needs for the watch 9 at min. I wanted to confirm with others this is fine.
I ask as when I bought my Versa 2, the android I had was not compatible and I had to buy the current tablet as well.
Thanks in advance.

Hi @thybountyhunter I'm using Android 9 on a Samsung Galaxy 8 phone with my Inspire 3. It works just fine. I know in the future that updates will leave me behind, so I'm phone shopping. If I were you, try going to at least 10 or 11. This article might help - https://www.fitbit.com/global/us/technology/compatible-devices

Hi @thybountyhunter - be careful also as the Versa 4 doesn't have all the features found on the Versa 2.
It has a different operating system with different navigation which isn't fully sorted and your favourite clock faces may not be available. For instance, it doesn't support any additional apps or even agenda app, etc.
