New Versa 4 won't sync to start

Just received a new Versa 4 and it won't sync to my Android to activate and set up.

Any suggestions or ideas?

Hi @Agfitz - once you have the Fitbit App installed and have restarted the watch and phone, login and click the profile photo top left and "+ Set up a Device", this will look for the Versa 4 and install it.

You can't do anything with the phone Bluetooth except remove the watch entries, which you may need to do and repeat the above process

Please make sure your phone is running Android 9 or higher to meet Fitbit's current system requirements. I'd also like to point out that new Fitbit users need a Google account for using Fitbit. Finally you might have a closer look here if you're having issues setting up your Fitbit device:
