Today I received my new Versa 4 watch and inmediately connected it to get it charged. I left it connected for 5 hours connected and when I tried to turn it on, it appears in the screen the Fitbit logo for 10 to15 seconds and then a red X appears. Then it turns off.
If anyone have experienced this issue please help me.
Thanks

To reboot it try holding down the side button until you see the Fitbit logo. You should hopefully then be able to pair it with your phone and Fitbit app. You may have to do it more than once, so give it time to come up.

Thank you for your answer.
It still appears the same screen. Does the lights of the back part of the charger turn on when it's connected? Maybe is some charger's issue.

Have you connected it to your Fitbit phone app? If so maybe try deleting it from the app and Bluetooth, then going through setup again? Just a guess, but may be worth trying.
The red X is a bit of a poser. The one time mine did it I had to reboot it a few times, but then it cleared up.
When you connect the V4 to the charging cable it should vibrate letting you know its connected correctly. I’ve seen a few posts about problems with the pins on the charger and needing to straighten them out, but have no experience with it.

I hope you found the fix by now, but I'll post this to help spread the fix around since there doesn't seem to be any help from fitbit, which is absurd. I'm learning they pretty much suck. I found the fix in the comments of a youtube video.

"To fix this...if after trying the reboot it doesn't work. You start by doing as he says, hold the button down for several seconds until you finally see the fitbit logo....Then immediately release the button and immediately press and hold it again. This takes it to a different stage, where you will then see a fitbit logo inside of a circle. At this point release the button and it will do a complete factory reset. This fixed a brand new versa 4 that came out of the box with this black screen issue. ---- Please pin this comment for others with this issue."
