My new Versa 4 was delivered yesterday and I have had it plugged in overnight to charge and it won't even power on. The USB plug works I know because it charged my other watch before plugging this one in. What am I missing? New to FitBit.

Hi there, @Jennlb23. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that your new Versa 4 is not turning on. Thanks for making sure that the USB plug works. I understand where your concern is coming from, I will be glad to continue assisting you.
Have you tried restarting your Versa 4? Since you've let your Versa 4 on the charger overnight, please try a restart by following these steps. I would recommend trying this maybe twice in a row if a first try doesn’t work.
Let me know how it goes.

@Jennlb23 Thanks for getting back and the additional details.
Please do a manual factory reset: Press and hold the button for about 8 seconds until the screen turns off and vibrates. When the customer feels the vibration, release the button, then immediately press and hold the button again. Wait for the Fitbit logo to appear, then as soon as the logo disappears, release the button, then press and hold the button again. When you feel the vibration, release the button, then wait for the watch to complete the factory reset.
Keep me posted.

Nothing seemed to work. I ended up boxing it up and returning it. 😞
